Heat could cause this. My wife's tube blew yesterday because she kept her bike in the van and it got hot enough to blow out. I could see the inner air pressure getting hot enough to allow seepage through the tire. I think your pictures are showing the sealant coming through the tires and blowing all over by the wind or something. I wouldn't consider it a huge problem though. You will probably have to put some extra sealant in there in a month or so.
