Seepage coming out of the rim generally means that there are issues with the tubless tape. It can be tricky stuff to install and get laid flat without bubbles or bumps. If there's problems with adhesion then sealant could be getting into the rims via the spoke holes.
Generally SOP with tubeless tape is to thoroughly clean the rim with alcohol after building, before installing the tape to ensure all grease/oil/spoke prep etc is removed and the tape has a clean surface to stick to. The tape has to be carefully stretched as you are laying it down to make sure it goes down flat. I've even seen guys use something like a plastic tire lever to press it down and remove any bubbles. If the problem is persistent, removing the tape, cleaning the rim, and installing new tape carefully would be the place i would start.
