Decided to add this - MicroShift bar-end and thumbies on the two index, and they're great. Two tips to keep them great - first, do not over-tighten the center bolt, allowing the RD spring to pull the shifter back to it's detente. When you're pulling against the RD spring, always hold the lever until the shift is complete (don't think you're done when the shifter clicks).
