thanks for reminding us all.  Personally I've grown accustomed (taking for 
granted maybe?) the courtesy & respect shown on this group.  When I've 
visited some other sites or certain blogs, I've been put off by the 
snarkiness & competitive attitudes.  Certainly we have a great diversity of 
opinion & experience here and it's all interesting & informative to hear.  
Hearing well considered arguments on a subject is so refreshing.  It's a 
good bunch, indeed.
