The more your body is addicted to sugar, the harder the transition, but fat 
is very satisfying. It takes time for your tastebuds and taste satisfaction 
triggers (via the amigdila I think?) to reset themselves to unprocessed 
food. When they do, wow, do flavors pop! Perhaps break the addiction by not 
having tea at all, but just having a mug of cream? Yum.
