I use a flyer on my commuter with uprights. I like it, as it takes just enough of the rough stuff off. I ride on 35s on the commuter, all pavement, of course. For a period of time I had it mounted on my Atlantis with uprights and 35s, and that was OK, too. But, I briefly mounted it on my Quickbeam with drops and did not care for it. The flex of the springs was slight, but just enough to constantly be changing what is for me a very narrow comfort setting of the saddle tilt. I like a B17 for dropped riding. > How do others here feel about the Champion Flyer and what would be the > pros/cons of doing such a move?
