I'm 60/40 "in" right now. I figure if I roll out by 7:30 or so that I can (maybe) get a quick few hours of riding in before the rain really comes. Haven't looked into bailouts to the shorter routes, but that's likely a possibility if things get hairy, too.
Plus, I just reverted to my trusty ol' fenders and Jack Browns on my Sam for the ride, so it'd be a shame to just take 'em off again with nothing to show for it.
