I had a 105 group on my VO Rando and that was a triple. I had also found some new Ultegra triple parts like the ST-6703 that are triple STI. They are available new, but scattered among vendors and not available as a single groupset. I'm not sure if RBW would be willing to hunt down the parts or if I should go a different direction. That will be part of my discussion with them.
