Steve, As for components different than the Sam kit, here are some based on my current plan after all of this discussion:
3x10 gearing brifters (TBD, maybe older Ultegra 6700? or SRAM?) Rando bar (probably Compass 420mm) Barlow Pass EL tires SP dyno wheel Of course, there are also the extras on top of the kit such as: C17 Cambium seat Honjo hammered fenders Rack (TBD) Light (TBD) Bag (TBD) and more Cheers.
