I could ride a 46 Joe with dropbars, or a 51 with pullbacks. I'm not sure how we got to the idea that certain Rivs can't be outfitted with whatever bars people like. The smaller frame will have a shorter top- and head-tube, which gets them closer and below the saddle if you want. Easy!
