Emotionally okay as well, I think. For a period of a few days she was mad at herself for not fighting back, but I think family members have sufficiently reassured her that she did the right thing. Bikes, after all, can be replaced.

I would also alert bike shops in the Philly area, as well as seeing if there is a facebook Philly marketplace and/or stolen bike page. Philly has a large biking population so I would imagine someone would have organized those kinds of pages. Does she have renter's insurance? Maybe she could get it covered if she did.
