If you can find one, my top recommendation is the Campy Champ Triple. I have it on a Riv with a 24-36-46 crank and 700C wheels, and it is the only FD that has made me say, "Hey maybe there are worthwhile differences between good enough FD's and great ones! This is a great one."
You have a 700C Hilsen, right? Look for the Campy Champ Triple. I say get it. I think it also says "9 speed" on it, whatever that means. -Jim W.
