It's just "one of those myths" Matt ! Like : long cranks are good or bad for your knees, or short cranks are good or bad ! Nothing of itself is good or bad , we all* choose *to make it(whatever the matter) good or bad , and hark ! what do we get ? ... but more it ! Self fulfilling prophecies abound .
