This heresy creeping through this list and on so many new Rivendell bikes! So many people preferring black sidewalls! What happened to our good fight to keep tan alive. :)
Seriously, Bruce, the bike looks so good that when you said all-black Paselas, I thought, "uh-oh," but then when I saw the photo, I was won over with how the whole bike comes together. I wonder how black fenders would look on it. Back to my little quip, I remember back in 94-95 or so, when I replaced the stock tires on my MB-4, I was kind of bummed that the new all-black ones didn't look as good as the tan sidewalls.
