I actually had to re-tighten that screw on an SKS installation on the
road one time, on my George Longstaff.  It was rattling, driving me
nuts.  I opened the quick release, pulled the wheel out of the dropouts,
and balanced it there while I got a screwdriver in in front of the wheel
and tightened it down.

If you plan on removing and reinstalling with the seasons, it's
definitely the way to go.

Is the Rohloff a retrofit also, or just the disk brakes?
