That's the dropout that cracked (no lugs there), and correct, the tube looks undamaged. To my eye (as someone who is only passingly familiar with the work involved) it seems like a pretty straightforward dropout replacement. Nice job on the temp repair job and good luck getting it back on the road quickly.
