I reverted back to qs-2.02 a few days ago, and so far all mails are
coming in with the Message-ID in the header intact.  So the problem is
indeed with qmail-scanner, and not SpamAssassin.

I haven't been using the st patches at all, with either 2.04 or 2.02,
so the problem is with the original code.

I did a diff between the generated qs2.02 and qs2.04, and most of the
changes involved the Clam scanner.  I've never been very good with perl,
so it's a bit difficult for me to understand what's going on.

I will try a step up to 2.03 over the next few days and see if I can
isolate exactly where the problem code is.
