I've tried using the standard qmail-inject, and it looks like _ANYTHING_ 
directly fed with qmail-inject is creating the qq error.  (I HATE that 
thing.  It's so non-descriptive)

The logs aren't showing any additional failures.  Regular email is going 
in and out.... it's driving me nuts.
