I run it like this.. :allow,QMAILQUEUE="/var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue" with the following files: /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue.pl /var/qmail/bin/qmail-scanner-queue being a binary-wrapper (written in c?) for the perl script It changed to this behaviour when I upgraded the Gentoo one to 1.24st...
