A week ago, I submitted a request for help because QGIS wouldn't open.
Jurgen suggested that I start QGIS from the OSGeo4W shell with this command:
qgis-ltr --profile my-new-profile
It worked then and QGIS opened several times since then. But now I'm
again unable to get QGIS to open. I need help.
