The windows installer currently in the pspp download page <https://www.gnu.org/software/pspp/get.html> is indeed 1.5 and not 1.6. But the nightly version <https://caeis.etech.fh-augsburg.de/downloads/windows/pspp-win-daily/1.6.0-gb0c435/pspp-64bit-install.exe> is available there, and it is 1.6, so maybe use the nightly version?
