Thanks for the answers. I was just curious as I used this feature in survey analysis when I had access to SPSS and I was not not sure if I had not overlooked an addition.

As Ben intends to work on CTABLES I can only support this idea. I remember people say on the SPSS list that CTABLES was the module that sold most.

The MULT RESPONSE procedure isn't available yet. If you want it, then
the most helpful thing to do would be to provide a few examples of
syntax and data plus the expected output.

I'm currently finishing up the MATRIX procedure. After that, I was
planning to go on to CTABLES, but there's no reason I couldn't work on
MULT RESPONSE instead.

Hi,
I asked this question 6 years ago and got the answer that unfortunately, up to
then PSPP wasn't really able to handle multiple response questions, a standard
in survey research.

Has anything advanced since then ?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

I found the MRSETS command which allows to analyse multiple reponse questions;
But the MULT RESPONSE command has not yet been implemented, according to the
manual. So how to analyse mult response questions ? What can you do with MRSETS
when you have no Mult response frequencies or tables ?

Or do I miss something ?

And what does the cryptic sentence mean (manual p.113)

Otherwise, multiple response sets are currently used only by third party
software.

Could you please be more specific ? Which third party software do you mean ?
