The MULT RESPONSE procedure isn't available yet. If you want it, then the most helpful thing to do would be to provide a few examples of syntax and data plus the expected output.
I'm currently finishing up the MATRIX procedure. After that, I was planning to go on to CTABLES, but there's no reason I couldn't work on MULT RESPONSE instead.
