I still think a lot of this can be avoided through better and clearer messaging when downloading the software, but it is also a good idea to have a message like this in the output, one time.

If you encounter bugs, please consider reporting them to the PSPP developers at bug-gnu-p...@gnu.org, to enable them to be fixed. I would also recommend replacing "please consider reporting them to..." with "please report them to..."
