Huh...I fell for the "don't put in an SSID for protection!" thing years ago and set up a couple of wireless points that do not have SSIDs. I never went back and added an SSID (in the time since as I've learned that it makes no difference.)
And yet as the years have gone by, I've been able to connect new devices to both wireless boxes with just the password. Must be the drugs.
