Obama didn't sign off on the release of the Pan Am bomber, had no authority to do so and would quite frankly of been told to stick it up his bum if he'd tried to assume authority over a separate country. As a prisoner in Scotland where the crime took place, he was released by the socialist govts in Scotland and the UK (though the socialist govt in the UK is no more)...
I am ashamed that this happened, he should have died in prison; maybe they may accidently find him in Libia and whisk him to Guantanamo...
