You say patato, I say patattah  LOL.  Without getting into political 
science, I was using the more general, (eg Google), definition of 
"Anachy", but thanks for pointing out the many sub classifications.  
BTW, what class of Anachy to you say Libya has become, or do you think 
Libya is simply in a civil war?
