You should be able to use MODIFY LABEL in a runtime environment.  Once
you're in the MODIFY LABEL designer, you should be able to then use the File
Menu, Page Setup option to change the number of columns, spacing etc.  Just
make sure you have a menu item in your app for the File/Page Setup available
while you're in the MODIFY LABEL mode.
