Well, you're probably right However, I've always placed a MORAL right above a LEGAL right, and if an organisation pulls the plug on me and says 1 We will no longer support this product 2 and we're not going to sell or otherwise make available the source code.... then, in my opinion you've lost the moral highground you might have at time occupied.
