One thing to note when using these on a network is that they usually 
take up the first free drive letter after hard drives,  DVD's etc  If 
you then use the F drive for your network you won't be able to access it 
with the new card reader in.  To get round this you have to go into 
control panel / administative tools / computer management / disk 
management then right click on the device and change drive letter to 
something higher like Z.  You need admin rights to do this.  To make it 
easy when setting users up we have a batch file that calls:

runas /noprofile /env /user:mydomain\%1 "mmc 
c:\windows\system32\diskmgmt.msc"  (fill in mydomain in the string)
