FWIW, I agree that Windows7 runs much nicer, smoother, and with lower memory requirements than Vista and maybe even XP. I haven't had too hard a time, either, but what I was commenting on was the ability for real users to find what they want in the control panel, given that it took me (the supposed expert in their eyes) longer than it should have. It comes down to design, and the design of the Windows Control Panel sucks. I assume Microsoft agrees, else they wouldn't keep trying to make it seem updated.
