I don't have the answer ergo why I ask the question.  I would think
that her failure to comply with the original ruling would
automatically eliminate her from future consideration.  She stayed,
illegally, in this country and had every intention of continuing to do
so until outed by the Times of the UK during the election run-up.  You
cannot convince me that the granting of her petition at this time had
nothing to do with Obama, regardless of the propganda issued by the
White House.

Are you attempting to compare the Shah to Obama?
