Webfaction may be a UK company, but their data centers are co-located at ThePlanet which is based out of TX, USA (2 in Houston, 5 in Dallas). Trivia: The owner of Webfaction (Remi Delon) was the original developer of the Python web framework called CherryPy. In addition to providing a nice enivronment for Django, Webfaction also has very good CherryPy support as well.
