You might want to consider Rackspace Cloud Files for your downloads.
Files stored there can be made available over the Limelight CDN simply by
clicking a single setting, making downloading them about as fast as the user's
download connection can handle. I switched all the Dabo and leafe.com downloads
to Cloud Files last year, and it's been working great.
