But I have a high probability culprit and is something on which I can take action. The people won't be able to take action on cia's secret earthquake machine, nor over the drilling, but are able to take action on global warming which is the most probable culprit. We can't wait till history sorts it out, it will be too late and we'll be in the floor bleeding (or we won't if the worst comes to happen).
