It may not be Sylvan corp but it is a local reseller of the tutoring
program right?

Why would you be doing this work if it were for a Franchise and not
have it blessed by corporate?  If they send out SPAM and it sets in
motion a black listing of the corp, who will get a black eye?

I would also use BLAT for your out porting of message BTY.
