Yes, Bill, I do. And I think it's a wise business decision on your part not to want to invest all that money in a re-write. That's why I suggested you might apply new technologies (i.e. Python, .Net, or whatever) only to new apps. That way if/when you are forced to a re-write you'll already have tested solutions in the new technology and the re-write will be smoother.
