Very true, Vince, but for reasons I can't decipher, "system" training seems to be a low priority. Fork lift training, sure...but not big picture system training.

I have a very long track record with one of the owners of this company and the attitude seems to be "solve it with technology" but as this proves, human behavior can be influenced by technology, but controlled? Not so sure about that.

People tend to care more about "how this makes my job easier" than "how what I'm doing makes someone else's job harder." Is there some approach that could show them that? Just my 2 cents.
