All they want is :
A. Data Warehouse
1. Custom ETL mapper for every site in state.
2. Staging of all data
3. Defining all Dim and Fact tables to create star based system
4. Define cubes to leverage star schema

B. Presentation layer
1. Reports as needed.
2. Excel sheets from cubes to allow managers to mash up data against
expectations of care
3. Dashboards for simple visual clues on centers doing well or needing
assistance.
4. Dashboards for data streaming in as well as where process is at any time.

C. HIPPA Compliance
1. Secure everything
2. Identify from hackers that data is secure
3. Keep an eye on the law to adjust system for changes from Washington, all
apart of UCA, ACA, meltdown.
