Silly question: Are you running Win8 Pro? I believe other versions don't support RDP. Jeff, Researching this on my Windows 8.1 machine, I do not have the "Remote Desktop" section on the "Remote" tab of the "System Properties" dialog. I wasn't able to find a reference, but that evidence suggests it it's not available to me.
