Sorry but I am lost in your description?  Our HR department is not
following M$ because our leadership had different ideas.  I know that you
know all things about all companies.  Please give me more details.

My company expects things of us that no other employer has ever stated.
 They desire improvement in all employees.  To that they suggest all
employees take part in physical activity daily by taking group walks.  We
have won awards for taking stands against heart disease and cancer.  We
lead the county's sustainability group and have started the recycle
program.

Just curious how you know so much about what we do?  We only have one plant
in TX and it is in Ft. Worth.
