        Along those lines: here's a video shot last Friday, where we celebrated 
the opening of the new section of the mall our headquarters is in, along with 
the party for reaching 4,000 employees:

        Starting at around 1:40, you can see the graduation ceremony we have 
for all new hires after they complete a week of "Rookie Orientation", which we 
use to not only teach them about all the different parts of the business, but 
also to give them a hefty dose of craziness.

        BTW, at 2:28 of that video you can see me in the lower left of the 
frame for all of two seconds! (woo hoo!)
