Along those lines: here's a video shot last Friday, where we celebrated the opening of the new section of the mall our headquarters is in, along with the party for reaching 4,000 employees: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=is8iMul-EA4 Starting at around 1:40, you can see the graduation ceremony we have for all new hires after they complete a week of "Rookie Orientation", which we use to not only teach them about all the different parts of the business, but also to give them a hefty dose of craziness.
