        That manager wasn't a d-bag as much as he was used to the traditional 
corporate culture. I'm not sure if he is still working here, but they didn't 
get rid of him; instead, they saw it as their failure to properly acclimate him 
to his role, and what was expected of him.

        One of the big issues internally here is preserving our culture as we 
grow (we hit our 4,000th employee last week!). There is a campaign entitled 
"Bring the Wack Back" started by senior leadership to help ensure that we never 
lose what makes us special and become just another boring company.
