Isn't that Microsoft's track record with OS'? Make a mess with every other version of Windows, and clean it up in the one after that?

In that concept I use a term version. If you scale the os to the device you might make that device better. I would not want to use the phone to work on spreadsheet or word docs. I would like to use the tablet for those but not for mouse intensive operations. I see M$ screwing the pooch with this next release.
