All incoming emails from BT (mailomta[0-9]+-sa\.btinternet\.com) have been received by our mailservers ok, the most recent was yesterday See the accepted answer at https://serverfault.com/questions/295409/how-to-solve-error-550-4-4-7 I suspect some firewalling action either on your mailserver or on an intermediate router.
