This message was incorrectly expanded to 5 header recipients, even
though it was delivered upstream to just 1.  Your fetchmail is
incorrectly resending mail to recipients found in the "To:" header.

You have a botched fetchmail installation, and possible lack of
upstream multi-drop support.

This is a very valid point I did not consider fetchmail as root cause so far. As since debian 7 fetchmail does not log time stamp information, it is somehow difficult for me to check, but will see what I can do here now.
