Hi Marco, What do your postfix logs say for one of the duplicated deliveries? When I have seen duplicate deliveries in the past, they were caused by connection problems that prevented the final SMTP handshake from being completed, which would acknowledge the receipt of the message. Then postfix dutifully and correctly resent the message.
