There is (and must not be) any semantic or practical difference
between a non-valid DKIM signature and absence of a DKIM signature.
MLMs should *not* strip existing DKIM header fields even when they
know it will get invalidated. Doing so strips away potentially
valuable troubleshooting or informational data with no other
benefit. MLMs are however free to add their own signature.
