Sorry, this has nothing whatsoever to do with SPF or DMARC or anything else. Google has never, as far as I can remember, shown you your own posts on mailing lists, because it de-dupes email, and considers the copy sitting in your Sent folder as identical, so filters out the message *for you*. Everyone else sees it.
