what for mails from ourself to the world?
Maybe reject_sender_login_mismatch

that should be mandatory as well as the general rule "do not allow senders you would
accept incoming mail for"

German law does not allow to scan for Spam

says who?

Ohhh, this is hard for me in English. We have something that is called „Das
Recht auf informationelle Selbstbestimmung“. And if you do not explicitly
accept it, a provider must not scan your mails for spam, as this breaks this
law. You can not check for mail without looking inside the mail content, which
is covered by this right.

in other words you do also not scan incoming mail?

i hardly believe that you can run a MX this way in 2014 or any mailuser accepts the flood of junk you would receive that way

fix your AGB's (terms and conditions)

and BTW there is a difference between *you* or a machine is "looking in the mail"
